Bailey Rayner’s extraordinary journey from a quiet kid in Boise, ID, to a pivotal force at Franchising and Painter Bros showcases her resilience and diverse expertise.
Bailey’s childhood interest in computers, nurtured by her grandfather, came full circle in her software development role at Painter Bros. She contributed significantly to the development of FM Flow, a unique tool crucial for franchisees’ success and business metrics tracking.
FM Flow, Painter Bros technology is a game-changer, offering franchisees the tools they need to elevate their businesses to new heights. By providing a user-friendly, comprehensive platform, the brand empowers their franchise owners to focus on growth, customer satisfaction, and the continued success of their painting ventures.
This software is an all-encompassing solution, managing every aspect of a job, whether it's residential or commercial, from initiation to completion. Communication, estimation tools, integrated payments, report management, and more can be seamlessly handled through our software, providing franchisees with unparalleled control and accessibility.
Bailey 's raise to a key player in the world of franchising and software development is a testament to her resilience and adaptability.
Starting as a tomboy immersed in activities like riding bikes and playing army, Bailey's life took a turn when she became a young mother. Determined to balance motherhood and education, she accelerated her studies, only to face the challenges of the 2008 market crash, with her then husband laid off for over a year.
Transitioning into financial services, Bailey found fulfillment in helping people transform their lives for 5-6 years before taking a step back to raise her third child.
Continuing her personal studies in acting, Bailey ventured to New York for training. Her love for film prompted the creation of a screenplay that garnered awards and international recognition. Intent on producing her projects, she delved into data analytics and software development for additional income.
When 2020 brought the challenges of COVID-19, Bailey's film investments dwindled, and entertainment faced a halt. Adapting to the situation, she immersed herself in software development, collaborating with clients nationwide.
Initially hesitant about joining Painter Bros, Bailey’s encounter with the founder, Zach Tanner, revealed the potential for growth, franchising, and software development. Since then, she has played a crucial role in enhancing the organization’s systems and ensuring franchisees’ success.
As Painter Bros gains momentum, Bailey’s passion for bringing franchisees on board is evident. The company, envisioned by Tanner to be scalable with a robust infrastructure, is thriving, with 46 territories sold and ambitious plans to double that number in the coming year. The goal is to reach around 200 franchisees in the next 2-3 years, a testament to their exceptional growth trajectory.
As they expand, Painter Bros’ three key pillars—pre-development locations, national contracts, and proprietary software—underscore their commitment to not just meet industry standards but to exceed them. By providing unwavering support, strategic advantages, and cutting-edge tools, the brand is empowering their franchise owners to thrive in the competitive landscape of home improvement services.
Bailey Rayner continues to be an integral part of Painter Bros, her journey epitomizes the intersection of passion, adaptability, and entrepreneurial spirit, contributing to the unprecedented success and innovation within the franchising and painting industry.
